We have CA IT Client Manger 126.96.36.1998 in our environment. Now we need CA SAM separately in our environment. Can anyone provide me the proper documentation about CA SAM?
Before providing you with the documentation I would like to point out that CA SAM requires trained professional to implement the tool due to its complexity. In addition to that support is limited to product installation, program configuration and usage experience, while data load and connector configuration would require CA Services engagement.
