    Hi,

     

    I am working with the integration of CA SDM version 14.1 and Jasper 6.2, we have already integrated and configured the tool,

     

    We also create some reports and we need to open the report created in jasper, from CA SDM in the report tab.

    for that we apply the configurations of the following document:

     

    How to integrate CABI6.2 with Service Desk Manager? 


    But when we look at the report, it shows us the following:

    Role51.jpg
    It is necessary to start session in jasper from the CA SDM report tab, to see the report.

    Is there any way to configure a auto loggeo to jasper to see the report (auto login, as to CABI)???

    Unfortunately, JasperSoft does not integrate with CA SDM the same way that CABI/BOXI did.

     

    At the current moment, there is no functionality to show JasperSoft reports automatically from the CA SDM Reports tab.

    Hi Paul,

     

    Do you know if this auto login from Service Desk into JasperSoft is planned in the foreseeable future or we need to log an Idea?

    Currently there is no plans for this as far as we know.
