    Hi guys

    By GRLOADER I create/update Cis, but have inconvenience when try to process information SREL type such as MANUFACTURE or MODEL and it’s don’t exists previously in MDB.

    • If this records (MANUFACTURE or MODEL) don’t exists into MDB, the GRLOADER execution fails to these records.
    • In opposite, if these records (MANUFACTURE or MODEL) exists into MDB, then GRLOADER finish successfully.

    So, how could be to preloading MANUFACTURE or MODEL or specify to GRLOADER that create these records if it has don’t exist?

    Best regards

    Hi,

    I don't think you can archive that with GRLoader.

    You will need to preload those data prior to run GRLoader using another method like web service or pdm_load

    hi.

    I don't think this exist a specific for those however you can always use the generic createObject method

    <soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" xmlns:ser="http://www.ca.com/UnicenterServicePlus/ServiceDesk">

      <soapenv:Header/>

      <soapenv:Body>

          <ser:createObject>

            <sid>?</sid>

            <objectType>?</objectType>

            <attrVals>

                <!--1 or more repetitions:-->

                <string>?</string>

            </attrVals>

            <attributes>

                <!--1 or more repetitions:-->

                <string>?</string>

            </attributes>

            <createObjectResult>?</createObjectResult>

            <newHandle>?</newHandle>

          </ser:createObject>

      </soapenv:Body>

    </soapenv:Envelope>

    Hope this help

    /J
