  • 1.  Unified Self-Service Integration with Catalog

    Hello time,
    I'm having a problem integrating unified self-service with ca service catalog.
    Let me explain to you.

    When logging into the unified self service and trying to access the my requests panel the following screen below is shown

     

    As you can see in the picture, nothing is shown.

     

    However when I connect to ca service catalog in another browser tab
    The following screen is displayed

     

    Does anyone know how to make the configuration work without having to connect to ca service catalog on another tab?

    I checked in the catalog log that it was trying to authenticate with the full name of the Active Director
    Ex: domain / user

    However when doing query in the service desk table ca_contact in the column userid was only the user value

    I changed the user registry for domain / user and it worked
