I'm in process to upgrade Service Desk 11.2 to 14.1, we have 11.2 running in Windows 2008/SQL 2005 and need to go to version 14.1, migration is supported to from 11.2 to 14.1
Could please summarise me the steps to be tacken to go to version 14.1?
1.Upgrade SQL from 2005 to 2008
2. Upgrade MDB using 14.1 installer
3. Run the 14.1 installer?
is this the correct upgrade path?

Your steps are good for the most part, however, in 14.1 you do NOT need to run the MDB upgrade first as the application upgrade will do that for you as part of the updated installer. So you simply have to run the upgrade on the application server, and it will upgrade the MDB and the application itself in one shot
