    Is there a way in Service Desk - Surveys to add  a pain scale type smiley faces (emotion icons) instead of 1 through 5?

    Hi Judy,

    Currently there is no existing functionality to do so.  This would be something you can post as an "idea" here on the community, where folks can vote for it, and product management can review it for consideration in future versions of the product.

    Me too!!  I think it would make the surveys a bit more enticing to folks and a more pleasant or even fun experience.  Could help to "up" the number of responses!
