  • 1.  CISCO ACE Load Balancer

    Hi All,

     

    customer would like to use CISCO ACE load balancer in order to manage CA Service Desk Manager. Even if this is not supported as per:

     

    Has anyone any experience on setting up that load balancer?

    I was looking into that but causing I am not an expert I was wondering if configuring different load balancer should be similar.

    Unless someone has specifically setup this load balancer with CA SDM, CA does not have any specific documentation regarding the CISCO Load Balancer configuration with CA SDM
