When i'll configure the service desk datasource in unified self service this message appears
The System was unable to log you in.Please make sure the provided credentials are right.
anyone knows how to resolve ?
In Service Desk, look at the DEFAULT web services policy (via the GUI in the admin tab) - see if it has the "allow impersonate" set on it, and if the user is set to "ServiceDesk" on it.
