While Installing SDM 14.1 to Upgrade from SDM 12.7, Getting error saying that"Creation of CDB failed".

Are there any entries in the install.log referenced?
In addition, do you just have CA Service Desk installed or do you also have other CA Service Management solutions installed (i.e. Catalog, ITAM) sharing the same MDB?
