  • 1.  CA Service desk getting error javaw.exe

    I am using Ca Service Desk 12.5 and i m getting javaw.exe error.

    After that a error has  occur in event viewer  -> windows logs - > Apllication . faulting application path

    Faulting application name: javaw.exe, version: 6.0.0.105, time stamp: 0x456d4acc

    Faulting module name: sda65.dll, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4fc8d64e

    Exception code: 0xc0000005

    At that time my utilization was 56 %.

    I m using tomcat .

     

    Why i m getting this error.

    It may prove difficult to provide a solution through the communities, but I wonder if you are seeing any specific errors in the pdm_tomcat.log or jsrvr.log just prior to the fault? Also you may want to confirm that this environment is patched to the latest published fix release, which is Cumultaive 1 with Jumbo patches 1 and 2.

     

    I'm sure you're already aware that 12.5 is at its end of Support, so you may want to consider looking into 14.1.
