  • 1.  standard log entry 12.6 install

    Observing the following error message in our standard logs and wondered if anyone can shed any light on it's meaning.

     

    lr.spl                 159 lr checkin error 'AHD03114: Tenant for Notification Log lr:98730203 was not supplied and no default value is available'

     

    We have a multi tenanted environment.

    12.6 is end of life support though...

    Hi Simon Ellis,

    As you know that R12.6 is End Of Support. Hence it will be beyond the scope of support to address this issue.

    Here is the background of the Error message:

    If a site turns on multi-tenancy while there are still untenanted requests and incidents in the database, they may receive large numbers of messages of the form:

     

    AHD03114 Tenant for *** was not supplied and no default value is available

    Interesting to know, it was upgraded from R11 to R12.6 three years ago, but a quick check of the database shows no untenanted tickets now, open or closed.
