    Good Morning,

     

    We are trying to use the workflows which I was able to determine these work in conjunction with the email notifications.   I have the process setting set to allow the attributes to be updated without a rework to reduce the amount of the notifications that go out.   We can use this because there is a document change email if a field is changed.   With that said one of the fields that can be changed is the Attachments field but this field does not send the document changed email notification.   All other out of the box fields so.    Is there a way to include the attachment field so it will trigger the notification?

    Which product are you using to set up the notification - Service Desk or Asset Portfolio Manager?

    Good Morning,

     

    Does anyone have any suggestions on this?  Basically we need the "Document Change" email notification to go out when an attachment is added or removed.
