Single Sign On (SSO) with Google and CA Service Management?

Hi Team!

 

Is there any way of integration of CA Service Management for unified authentication with Google?, ie Single Sign On with Google and CA Service Management?

 

The customer don't need to use Windows Active Directory, the customer require  to use the user Google.

 

Can It be done?, with EEM, ISS, SideMinder or How we can achieve it?

Hi Adriana,  unfortunately we do not currently integrate with Google Authentication at this time within service management itself. This is something that you would need open an enhancement for, which you can do by simply posting it as an "idea" right here in the community.  Folks will vote for it, and product management will review it. As for EEM, ISS, Site Minder, I am not sure if any of those are compatible with google auth or not.  For Service Management, we can use EEM, or SiteMinder, but I dont believe we can integrate with the other two.
