  • 1.  Clear out the contact selected from Quick Profile

    Hi,

     

    Once incident is created from "Create New" button of Incident history in Quick Profile, i want to clear out the contact selected in Quick Profile pane automatically.

     

    So that the analyst can select next customer without clicking "Select New Contact" button.

     

    Please help on this.

    Hi Saravana,

    I dont believe this is possible to do automatically in the current versions of the product.  However, this would make for a great idea - you should post this as an "idea" here in the communities, then folks can vote for it, and product management will review it for possible inclusion in future releases of the product.
