Mass upload of CI items to SDM

Hi

I have an excel data file containing my inventory in the format below and will like it uploaded to the CMDB.

Any ideas on how to proceed with this? Any info will be appreciated

Hello Uzoma,

 

You can use the grLoader utility to import CI data directly into Service Desk/CMDB from an excel spreadsheet. See this link for details. Within this documentation there is a specific section dealing with loading data from speadsheets.
