Hi Jason, in that case, this is something we would need to investigate further. We would need to know the following:
- has this always occurred or if it just started?
- did it start after an upgrade, or patch of any type?
- which version of service desk is running on this system?
- is it an out-of-the-box system or does it have data in it, and customizations to the application?
I may be able to give you a bit more of an idea if you can answer these, but most likely we would recommend for you to open a support case with CA for this to work with an engineer and get it resolved.
