  • 1.  How work Asset View (AMS) on CA Service Desk 14.1?

    Hi,

     

    I caught a CA server environment where we did the migration CA SDM from 12.6 to 14.1, we apllied CUM#1 and CUM#2, and migrated too BOXI 3.x to BOXI 4.1 SP5,  until here every ok.

     

     

    But one the functon, Asset View on form CI, did not work:

     

     

    I checked the webapp from TOMCAT - CATALINA_BASE after migration and the application "AMS" has not been deployed. When I run the "pdm_configure" the process return this error:

    In the version 12.6 has this application "AMS" on CATALINA_BASE, but I not understand if this aplicação AMS come from CA APS or if is native from CA SDM?

     

    And how install or enable this function?

    Have you been able to resolve this issue?  If not, please reply back and we'll get a support ticket opened for this.  I think this situation is better handled via that method.
