  • 1.  How to integrate Boxi with Nimsoft

    Hello Support Team,

     

    I have installed Boxi but no idea how to integrate it with nimsoft, as i have done integration of it with service desk.

     

    And our customer need custom report from nimsoft so boxi integration is required with nimsoft. Please help how can we integrate it with nimsoft after the installation.

    Hi Laga - BOXI I dont believe works with Nimsoft Service Desk.  You may want to post something on the CA Cloud Service Management community as this one is specific to the On-Premise Service Management software.   There may be some folks in the CA Cloud Service Management that have gotten it to work somehow.

    Were you referring to Nimsoft Monitor or Nimsoft ServiceDesk?

    I guess Nimsoft Monitor should be having different reporting tool, however, am not sure. Including CA Infrastructure Management

    Hello Laqa,

     

    Please use UMP in Nimsoft to generate out of the box and customer reports. We have performance reporter, unified reporter over there with various features including the dashboards.
