chgtype in change order template

Is the only thing I require is that when you choose a template change this as Normal type:

When selected rather than put me normal standard type show me automatically ALREADY IN THE CHANGE:

Hello, could you explain a little bit more since i can't understand what you wan't to achive. By default CA SDM propogates type attribute from template, as i understood somewhat you wan't to change in this behaviour. But i can't understand how you want to change this behaviour.
