I created my worflow in IT PAM, and I would see my affected tasks in Service Desk Manager.

Is it possible to do? I need your help.

    Thanks,

I am moving this to the Service Desk community as this is really a question on Service Desk functionality.

This is not possible as far as I am aware.   Currently Service Desk passes users into the Process Automation Task in the Process Automation GUI and does not expose the Tasks directly in the Service Desk interface.

    Hi Yacin,

SDM does not display the PAM workflow tasks and it just displays each level of process. However, to create business-like entries in the CA SDM workflow Tasks tab, you must write a JavaScript code in Pre and Post execution Code for each PAM operator. You may refer page 211, GreenBook which has an example with the screenshots.

    Thanks,

    Hello Naveen,

My client does not want users to have IT PAM to validate the tasks but the tasks are in SDM.
Currently, I managed to create a workflow in IT PAM and insert tasks in SDM. But my only problem that I can not attach a macro tasks.
Is it that there are solutions to implement this solution?
