    Yes you can make it required on form level or make it required on particular status by using Dependent Attribute Control.

    I was referring to this screen shoot below.

    When a change is logged and before it can be saved can CA  force the change owner to complete the RISK first before the change can be saved?

    If yes, is this something for the administrator to fix?
