1. The CA SAM application User Interface returns the following messages
"Please update your CA Software Asset Manager license." - "license verification failed (ASP-1)"
2. Check installation ("Admin" -> "Maintenance" -> "Check installation") detects an error ("Application" -> "App environment" -> "validate license")
The functionality of the product is not affected other that the Check Installation will return a 'Validate License file' failure
message.
To avoid the 'Validate License file' failure while running the Check Installation, uncheck the 'Validate License file' before running.

This behavior is caused by a problem with the CA Software Asset Manager license file check and we are actively working on a resolution.
