I´have configured CA Workflow, all options manager (Administration Guide Release 12.7.00) in CA Workflow was configure and is installed status.
I cannot see CA WOrkflow option in ticket areas. What i missing?
On the Workflow tab of a change order category, there should be an option 'Use CA Workflow', had you checked the option and select a workflow for the category? (that's in r12.1, r12.7 should be similar)
