    Hi

    I am getting below error after upgrading  12.5 to 12.9

    AHD04407:CA Service Desk Manager html generation error. Could not find or process 'login.htmpl'.

    AHD04714:Unable to open file imgbtndata.htmpl at login.htmpl[84]: No such file or directory (2) userid=

    Kindly help me to resolve this issue

    The error is probably due to a customized form which is missing (imgbtndata.htmpl). Did you re-customize the forms after you ran the migration to 12.9 ?

    Does the error occur if you remove any customized forms (htmpl) ?

    Sumit, I think you have login.htmpl customized for 12.5 and now

    after you upgraded to 12.9 you should re-customize this file

    using the one from 12.9 install. Please check

    \site\mods\www\htmpl\default

    and

    \site\mods\www\htmpl\web\analyst

    to see if you have login.htmpl there and if yes, take a look at its last modified date and you will know what it is.

    There is another possibility that you don't clear the browser

    cache so as first step please delete/clear browser cached files and see if that helps.

    Thanks

    Chi

    In addition:

    Can you confirm if any files exist within:

    Service Desk Manager\bopcfg\www\htmpl\default

    If the folder contains no files (but only contains two folders) open this file with a text editor:

    Service Desk Manager\site\config.properties

    Find:

    resources.created=

    If it is:

    resources.created=1

    Change to:

    resources.created=0

    If it is already =0 leave it alone.

    Run pdm_configure. and the files should populate in the originally directory I noted.
