We were very quickly shown in the CMDB training class how to launch the visualizer directly from a browser, but it was so fast I did not remember to write it down. What is the path to launch the CMDB Visualizer directly from a browser window?

You should be able to use a url like:
http://SERVERNAME:9080/CMDBVisualizer
Replace "SERVERNAME" with your server's name. Also note the url is case sensitive.
