  • 1.  Purging broadcast message 8899 after 129 seconds although it is still unacknowleded by the 2 nodes

    Posted Aug 05, 2015 12:38 PM

We are running on Advance Availability. While doing some general activity in the web application we have seen a series of errors are coming in the stdlog. No issues on web application. Would like to investigate the root cause of this issue. Does anyone have prior experience? We have total 6 application servers where 4 are user facing and 2 are (X and Y in the log) for hosting customized applications/scripts.

here is the erro log entry :

slump_nxd    6908402      ERROR     server.c    5325    Purging broadcast message 8899 after 129 seconds although it is still unacknowledged by the 2 nodes X Y

    Thanks

    Hello

I restarted CASD (all Application, Standby and Background servers). This solved the problem which has not occurred since.

    All CASD servers are Windows

    Thanks
