    Good Morning,

     

    When you add a comment to the document you are allowed to add a comment expecting a response.   Then the other person can reply to that comment.   We found that email notifications do go out but they go out to the intiator, Author, SME, Owner or assignee listed on the attributes tab depending on how you have it set up.   It does not go out to the comment assignee listed on the comment itself.   Is there a way to set the email notification to go to the comment assignee instead of the Knowledge document assignee?
