Im installing ITPAM on sdm 12.9 server but facing following issue. Also it ask for certificate file. From where do i get? Also it completes after click ok but i see services of PAM couldnot able to start.

What's the version of PAM? The version of PAM until 4.1 SP1 uses XA transactions which has some issues, I would suggest you install PAM 4.2 SP2. In this version, XA transaction feature has been removed and it also has enhancements for better performance. However, if you would like to proceed with 4.1 version installation, you need to enable the XA transaction by following the steps from below tech document:
