Parent and Child Tickets

How do I list in a Infoview Report all tickets that have not related tickets ?

 

I can list all tickets sons and their father tickets. But I need to create a parent report that has no son.

In filters section select Parent equal null

 

1. In data window drag and drop Parent field to a a Filter section

2. Select filter  "is null"

I 've done it , exactly as you described.

That way I can list all father tickets, but they may have children or not related. I need to list all the father tickets that do not have related children.

   Sorry, realy i just only show, how do select father´s tickets. Folow Solution:

 

1. Build a Query with parent field is not null like the last image.

1.1 Drag and drop ref_num to Object Window

 

  2. Build a second query (add query)

  2.1 Drag and drop ref_num field to filters window.

  2.3 in list

  2.4 select query 1
