  • 1.  Can we use Oracle 12c with CA UAPM 11.3.4?

    Can we use Oracle 12c with CA UAPM 11.3.4? Our Database team reported that 11g is not supported after Jan, 2016.

    According to the supportability matrix, no, its not certified.

    Also, you should be planning to move off 11.3.4, as its END OF LIFE, END OF SUPPORT in August 2015.

    Hello Mehar,

     

    Also, Oracle 12c is not listed as certified yet with the latest CA Service Management 14.1 release.

    As Carol mentioned in your support issue, we would recommend you post an idea on this community forum to request certification with Oracle 12c.
