    Hi all,

After install, configure and integrate the BOXI, I can't log on.

    The following message appears.

"Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS 'ITASM:6400'. The CMS on machine 'MYSERVER' was stopped due to a critical error. (FWM 20031)063265"

Has anyone had this problem with the newest version?

    Best Regards

    Hello Kleber

Maybe CMS server stopped because of some exception. Would a reboot help ?

Please do keep in mind, 4.1 has pretty good hardware requirements. 16gb min is recommended with multiple core CPUs. Not sure what type of hardware this was installed on.

    Hi Kleber,

If the CMS DB is SQL 2K12, then navigate to CCM. Stop SIA Services, right click on SIA-->Properties-->Configuration--> click on the CMS DB specify option . If you do no see any error, select the "Update data source settings" and select the correct DSN to verify if it shows any CMS DB error.

    Thanks,

    Naveen

What kind of database is the CABI CMS?

If Oracle, please ensure that the ORACLE_HOME variable is set properly and the Oracle client is configured correctly.
