    Technical Reference Guide, Web Service Methods

    ·         Asset Management Methods / createAsset

    ·         Lacking information on basic elements required to create an asset in the CMDB. Parameters are given but do not indicate what is required. this should be included in the documentation along with a working example.

    All web services for CA Service Desk seem to be lacking sufficient web service documentation and examples.

    From my experience in working with web services, any create method typically requires the same attributes that are required in the GUI. In the case of createAsset, I believe the only required attributes are the name and class.
