Hello community members,
I have been trying to figure out how to build knowledge trees in the most visually appealing and user friendly way. After reading through the ServiceDesk admin guide and expirimenting with some prototype trees, I am still unsatisfied with my result. Does anyone have an example of a professional looking knowledge tree that they could share here? Ideally I would like to see a tree or a section of a tree that has been used in production.
