    We are building a report where we need to show the  the max time frame for an SLA to blow. The service type has events that will trigger depending on the priority, status and time.

    We have found that the field is elapsed on the slatpl table, when we drag the field to the report it brings the max time frame but also the other event's time. We cannot narrow it down to only the max time per Priority, any suggestions?
