    Hi Team,

     

    we have a requirement that a kb mail should trigger before one month of review date.

     

    for Ex: 01/01/2015 is the review date of a kb then a mail should trigger on 01/12/2014.

     

    could you please help on this ?

    I do not think this is possible OOTB. At best you can probably try to build a stored query that uses a timespan. So the query will return\list KB documents that match the timespan.

    i have already created a node in Scoreboard but client wants only email notification..

    Unless you use a customization, this is not achievable OOTB.

    You can use approach that is described here:

     

    Notification (or any other action) on call back date for the requests

    Yes, i have tried the the solution which you have provided, as per the solution we have to create a muliple notification macro and attach to the event which is mentioned in the spl..but multiple notification macro is not available for KMDB

    Than you can use action macro e.g. there is standard macro promote document retirement, and do notification on this follow-up comment
