  • 1.  Not Able to Fetch Boxi Reports

    Hi,

     

    We are using the CA SDM 12.7 With Win Server 2012 and MS SQL 2008 and BOxi 3.2.

    CA SDM Application, Database and Boxi, all are installed in different servers.

     

     

    Issue :- Not Able to Fetch Boxi Reports. It Shows the following error :- Failed to open the connection.

     

     

    I have checked odbc and servicedesk connection. all test successful.

     

    Request you to guide me to resolve the issue.

    Hi Piyush,

     

    Do you see the error for the OOTB crystal reports or WEBI reports? Create a sample WEBI report and see if it works fine.

    Hi Naveen,

     

    We are fetching CA Service Desk Reports. Like Survey, Assset. In that we are getting the errror failed to open a connecton.

    Piyush,

     

    How about the WEBI reports? This would help us to understand if the issue is with the OOTB reports or with the ODBC connection.

    Can you pls tell me how can we create sample webi report and test?

    I am not aware of it.
