Can we integrate CA SDM with SAP Solution Manager? This is a must for the customer and we are proposing CA SDM r14.1
We are competing against IBM Service Desk solution on this one. IBM has told customer that they integrate with SAP Solution manager?
I know that we have certified the integration in r12.5 and no longer support it. Is there a package work product we provide for integration? Has anyone came across this scenario?
Integration support for SAP Solution is not there with the current releases. How about reaching out to CAT Services team to see if it is possible using Process Automation?
The integration with SAP isn't anymore default as Naveen_Desham said, but you can achieve that with CA ITPAM by consuming SAP webservices.
Do we supply any PAM Process for the integration or it has to be custom developed.
The integration must be developed, you can use SOAP or REST(it would be necessary to check if SAP supports REST) ITPAM operators to consume the WebService to achieve that.
Can you give more information in detail? What would you like to achieve with this integration?

Customer is looking to do the ticket Sync from SAP Solution Manager. If an Incident is created in SAP Solution Manager then it should create an Incident in CA SDM and vice versa. When an activity is logged in SAP Solution Manager it should update the activity in CA SDM and vice versa.
As Naveen mentioned above it was OOTB in r12.5 and we do not have that anymore. I was looking for some other approach.
