    Guys,

     

    I am getting a problem while implementing CA BSI 8.3. Some of the text and links are appearing as shown in the image attached.

    Thanks for the replying Juan.

     

    Yes i did. Actually, besides restarting services, rebooted the servers and started the services again. Nothing happened, still the same.

    André,

     

    This issue is usually related to IIS service, therefore, it's solved by restarting the respective Windows service.

     

    Have you changed the default GUI language?

    Juan,

    I appreciate your effort to help this case. The services was all restarted and still the same problem. About the language GUI, i left as default (English).

    Hi Andre,

     

    I think this problem can be solved by running the stringsloader.exe file which is present in the BSI installation folder.

     

    e.g. D:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Cloud Insight\bin.

     

    Close all the browsers. Go to command prompt and execute this application(stringsloader.exe) once. Open the BSI application in browser and the strings would be displayed properly.

    Hi Lester,

    Thanks for that. I already tried it.

    I think the problem is that the BSI8.3 only support oracle client 11.2.0.4 and i have the 11.2.0.3 installed.

    Andre,

     

    I had the same problem and I fixed using the StringsLoader (like suggested). About your second error you can fix instaling the ODAC (oracle client) (install.bat all your_horacle_home_path your_oracle_home_name)
