Hi Andre,
I think this problem can be solved by running the stringsloader.exe file which is present in the BSI installation folder.
e.g. D:\Program Files (x86)\CA\Cloud Insight\bin.
Close all the browsers. Go to command prompt and execute this application(stringsloader.exe) once. Open the BSI application in browser and the strings would be displayed properly.
