  • 1.  My previous CA Service Management threads and ideas

    Where can I find my previous CA Service Management posts / threads? CA Communities' previous version had "My Posts" button that gave me the threads I had created, but I'm not able to find it in the new version. Moreover there should definitely be "My Posts" or "My Ideas" button or link that gives the user all of his/her Ideas. Without this feature, how should one be able to follow the development of his/her cases?

    In case somebody else is grappling with this very same question, the answer is:

    1. Go to you profile by clicking the profile pic and selecting "View profile" from the opening menu
    2. From your profile select "Content"
    3. TADAA! You should now see all the posts you have written in CA Communities.

    Note: Here you may also are filter your posts using the icons next to the "All Content" text.
