    Hi Team,

    We have a requirement that if a user submit the survey then he should not submit the same survey again.

    We can acheive this by enabling ""Use Stricter Rules" but by enabling this option once a user submit the survey he is not receiving the survey again.

    so could you please suggest us how to acheive this, user should answer the survey only once but he should get the survey mails again even though he is already answeres to the survey's for other tickets.

    Hi Santoshi,

    According to FAQ353922 & TEC479398, when stricter rules is checked, the same survey will only be sent to the same user once, even if it is for a different request. It will not send the survey again to the same user. Service Desk ensures that a surveyor cannot submit his/her responses to a particular survey that they received more than once. I have seen enhancement on this earlier and you may post enhancement idea in the Ideas tab.

    If anyone is aware of how to achieve this, please reply to this thread.
