When you find that the user is lock under Oracle, here is a way to unlock it and find out what other oblicore users are block:
->sqlplus /nolog
-> conn sys@oblicore as sysdba
-> Look at all the users and if they are locked:
select username,account_status,expiry_date from dba_users;
