Fred…………
Sounds like the ODBC services got corrupted.
Please perform the following:
1. To uninstall the ODBC services, run the below commands from a command prompt:
oa60_client_uninstall
oa60_server_uninstall
2. Verify via the Services Control Panel that the two (2) ODBC services have been removed – a reboot might be required.
3. Go to the NX_ROOT\add-ons folder and delete following folders: oaodbc60 and oaserver60.
Do NOT delete the zip files in the 'add-ons' folder.
4. Next unzip the "oa60_client.zip" and "oa60_server.zip" files. You should see NX_ROOT\add-ons\oaodbc60 and NX_ROOT\add-ons\oaserver60 created.
5. Run below command to install new ODBC services:
oa60_server_setup
oa60_client_setup
Let us know how it goes.

Subject: [CABI for CA Service Desk] 12.7 upgrade -> BOXI ODBC error
Troubleshooting the DataDirect OpenAccess SDK ODBC Driver Setup... when testing the connection I am receiving the following error:
[DataDirect][ODBC OpenAccess SDK driver][OpenAccess SDK SQL Engine]Cannot open file 'C:\PROGRA~2\CA\SERVIC~1\add-ons\oaserver60\ip\schema\csv\oa_tables.csv'. Error Code 0.[10202]
The location referenced in the error, specifically the schema folder is empty. The same folder is empty in environments where the driver is working.
Anyone run across this?
The event that led to this was the upgrade of SDM from 12.6 to 12.7 with CABI 3.2 SP5 in a remote mdb configuration and a "non-offline" reporting environment.
Thanks! -fred
