Hello everyone,

I need your help to discover the storage system (IBM Storwize V7000, storage management 8.1.3.5). I performed the procedure described in the documentation (Storage Management ), however, it does not bring all the information, such as iSCSI Initiators or the fiber channel or the LUNs information. Is sudo permission necessary to bring this information?

Hi,

Ensure you have one of these options for the NDG Scan:

Pingsweep Scan with Softagent - SAN
TCP Connect Scan with Softagent - SAN

Then have the proper creds within the Credential Vault applied to that NDG Profile

If you ha that set, are there any errors in the NDG Logs?

Hi Adnan,

Yes, I used ping scanning with Soft Agent - SAN. The error according to support could be in the absence of some libraries in the SAN.
