    Hi Nupur,

The Access Management tab connects to EEM.

Is EEM installed on the same system where CCA is installed?

You can follow the instructions in the document link for installing the EEM Security Certificate.

Install the CA EEM Security Certificate and Configure the EEM Host Property - CA Configuration Automation - 12.8.4 - CA …

    Regards,
    Kevin

    Nupur,

The instructions in the document can also apply for IE.

If you are still experiencing any issue please provide the version of IE and screenshot showing the problem.

    Regards,

    Nupur,

In the IE 11 browser open up the EEM UI URL and arrive to to the CA Embedded Entitlements Manager login page.

    https://EEM_hostname:5250/spin/eiam/eiam.csp

Where EEM_hostname is the host name of the system where EEM is installed.

On the top where the URL is displayed, you will see a Red X "Certificate Error" button displayed.

Click on the "Certificate Error" and it will bring up the Untrusted Certificate Window, then click on "View Certificates".

Click on "Install Certificate" to open up the Certificate Import Wizard, then click Next to Continue.

You can select the option to Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate, then click Next.

Click Finish to install the Certificate.

Open up the CCA UI and arrive to the Access Management tab and verify if you are able to view the contents.

    Regards,
    Kevin

    Nupur,

Is Java enabled for IE 11?

Important Recommendations - CA Configuration Automation - 12.8.4 - CA Technologies Documentation

You can try the steps to install Java and enable it for the IE browser.

Will the users be using IE 11 browser?

Though IE is supported, we do better suggest to use the Firefox or Chrome browser for CCA.

These browsers handle and perform better than IE.

    Regards,
    Kevin

    Nupur,

Here is the Microsoft document regarding the error that is displayed by IE.

Error: Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid - Microsoft Community

I have tried these steps on a system with IE 11, but I was still unsuccessful to get the page displayed.

If you want to work with Microsoft to see if they can resolve this error that is displayed by the IE 11 browser.

Since the problem does not happen in another browser we suggest to use Chrome.

    Regards,

    Kevin
