Hello Team,
I got the follwing error " 500 the call failed on the server; see server log for details" while working with CCA interface ..
I restarted the CCA service and the server ... I used different browsers (IE and chrome ) from other places ...
Nothing work ..

We see issue ticket as been opened on this and the support team is working on this.
We will post the resolution for all to see, but this thread will not be active as the ticket will be the main source of communcation
Spport ticket resolved by re-installation as tenant UIs were involved
Normally, this issue is solved by (in likely order)
A. Recycle of Browser
B. Recycle of CCA Service
C. Recycle of Database Service, followed by CCA Service
