    What are the best practice to upgrade the Cohesion to earliest releases,help me with some documentation related to this.

    Cohesion does not get UPGRADED to CCA, its gets MIGRATED

     

    The difference is you would install CCA with no data \ clean install and then Migrate the data from Cohesion to CCA

    You can view this Greenbook for more information on it (not it says ACM, but still applies for CCA)
