Create Application to Database Dependency

We would like to show the dependant relationship applications have on the databases they connect to.
We are using SDM 12.7 and CCA for discovery.
We can discover the following CIs and Relationships:
App CI -(Is Hosted By)-> Server CI
dB CI -(Runs On)-> DBMS CI -(Is Hosted By)-> Server CI

What we need to discover and view in the CMDB Visualizer:
App CI -(Requests Data From)-> dB CI

Can anyone help with this?

Wayne,

In your blueprint --> Management --> Data Management --> Right Pane --> Add Database --> Enter Credentials \ Info --> Save
Then
In your blueprint --> Configuration --> Configuration Data --> Right Pane --> Select the Server Name you added above --> Save
IF Then you need Database Info then
In your blueprint --> Configuration --> Configuration Data --> Right Pane --> Database Server --> Add Query --> Enter the info you want to obtain

A good blueprint example to follow is "CA Unicenter Service Desk(Windows)" and "CCA Server" (they are slightly different from the instructions above, but that's the general concept"
