    Hi Team,

    Unable to access AXA console using the DNS URL but when tried using FQDN URL for the AXA it works.

    Can anyone please guide how i can map it to the DNS URL.

    I looked into the issue and found that the URL should me matched to the endpoints.ca file in the following directory
    $CA_EMM_HOME/apache-tomee-plus-1.7.1/webapps/admin/endpoints.ca.json $CA_EMM_HOME/apache-tomee-plus-1.7.1/webapps/admin/maa/endpoints.ca $CA_EMM_HOME/apache-tomee-plus-1.7.1/webapps/admin/masteradmin/endpoints.ca.json

    but does changing the URL in the enpoints.ca files will work?
    from where we can change the default URL for AXA

    Hi Robert,
    You need to update in the database for anything that is automatically populated. It is documented as part of the troubleshooting:

    You could do something like SELECT paramname, paramvalue from ARCMNCONFIG;  to verify what is currently present before making the change
