Hi Team,

I have a doubt regarding the AXA monitoring process.
I have an android and ios application both need to be monitored using AXA

Situation:
AXA has a screen capture feature which is great, but my concern here is that if a user is doing a transaction on the app and he/she is filling details like bank account number and mobile number on the payment page does AXA hide these sensitive data in the screenshot it captures or does it not? 

Also, can you provide me any URL from docops that talks about the privacy of the user details on the application

The screenshot feature captures the whole screen so you would need to configure the sensitive areas as private zones, which is possible in the SDK, for example Android

We have looked at being able to mask only parts of the screen but this is complicated by different screen sizes and orientations.
