APM Alerts downtime automation with Remedy request

Hello ,

We want to put maintenance on alerts with the remedy request. We want to know if there is any REST API in APM to implement it or by CLW?
Currently we are on APM 10.7 and gonna migrate to DX SAAS. kindly help us to know how can we achieve it, if it's not APM 10.7 is it there any method in DX SAAS to do with REST API?
